Italian craftsmanship meets Dubai’s luxuryIn the heart of Dubai, within the exclusive Palm Jumeirah – Dorchester Collection, an extraordinary 900 sqm penthouse spanning two levels has been brought to life. In collaboration with Studio D73, Palazzo Morelli has transformed this space into a perfect fusion of Italian elegance and innovative design, completing the project in just six months.
The renovation covered the entire residence, featuring a bold intervention: the original dark flooring was manually stripped of its surface layer and repainted, while doors and wardrobes were refinished. This sustainable and eco-friendly process resulted in refined and harmonious interiors.

Elements such as the dining area, illuminated by Sicis pendant lights, the kitchen enriched with white marble finishes, and the grand double-height living room add luxury and personality, highlighting our artisanal expertise.

Palazzo Morelli curated every aspect of the bespoke furnishings, enhancing hallways with decorative panels, Rubelli wallpapers, and custom mirrors. The terraces, designed for elegance and functionality, feature teak flooring and a modernized whirlpool tub, creating perfect spaces for relaxation and socializing in harmony with the surroundings.
