Created for an art-loving family, the project blends Neoclassical elegance, Art Deco refinement, and bold Pop Art elements, transforming the space into a luxury living gallery.
The grand foyer welcomes guests with a suspended Italian chandelier, setting an immediate tone of sophistication. Classical and contemporary elements harmonize seamlessly, while floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf. Every room is a curated art experience, featuring works by international artists and iconic furnishings from Fornasetti, Boca do Lobo, and Edra.

Sophisticated design and unique detailsDouble-height walls highlight the art collection, while the dining area features a black-and-white checkered rug paired with plush blue velvet seating for a refined aesthetic. Precious materials like marble and antique mirrors blend with playful accents, including LondonArt’s Luxury Shit wallpaper by Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari in the guest bathroom.

The kitchen, showcasing Italian Neoclassical design, is elevated with a handcrafted range hood and Art Deco seating by Fornasetti. The master suite balances tradition and innovation, with a French-style bathroom and a contemporary walk-in closet, creating a uniquely sophisticated atmosphere. Every detail has been meticulously crafted to reflect the exclusive style of its owners.
